INTRODUCTION
The Human Resource Management (HRM) Department within the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) plays a vital role in building an effective and professional workforce to support the ministry’s goals. This department is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and staff development. It ensures that the ministry is equipped with qualified personnel who can effectively implement programs that empower Somali youth and promote sports nationwide.
