Registration of Youth Organizations

This procedure is intended for local Non-governmental Youth Organizations that wish to register with the Ministry of Youth and Sports and whose activities focus on youth-related issues.

To register, a new local organization must provide the following documents:

1. Application Letter – An official application letter bearing the organization’s stamp and addressed to the Ministry.
2. Organization Profile – A complete profile describing the organization, its objectives, activities, and structure.
3. Organization Constitution/Bylaws – A copy of the organization’s governing rules and regulations.
4. Chairperson’s Identification – A copy of the Chairperson’s passport, together with two passport-size photographs.
5. Annual Work Plan – The organization’s planned activities and programs for the year.
6. CID Clearance – CID clearance documents for at least two senior members of the organization.
7. Notarized Document – A document certified by a recognized notary public.
